A Women's and Men's Process Circle
We are planning an online Conversation in early March.

The model for this process is as follows.
Diana and Dan are organizing an online conversation between a group of men and women.
Dan will first meet with the small group of men for an initial orientation before they meet with a group of women that Diana has gathered at a different time. The intention is for the men to be open to hearing what women have to say and what they want them to understand about their experience as women in this patriarchal culture. The men can provide a healing witnessing for the women as well as sharing what is present for them, such as is done in talking stick circles. Dan will then hold a follow up meeting with the men to debrief and help integrate their experiences.
This is an initial format that we are hoping to make more available as the process develops.

What will it take for the culture of men to be humbled to the limits of our conditioning as men and be warriors for balance between the genders?
We are living at a time when the last gasp of the patriarchy is in an all-out assault to hold onto power. Women and the feminine principles are calling for restoration and honor. Men are having a hard time showing up and owning the masculine role as protectors and warriors.
We are holding a conversation to help us through this Crux of Patriarchal Upheaval and Partnership Renewal.
